Yucatan Peninsula Adults Only Vacations

This property is great if you are looking to disconnect. The place is quiet and feels very inserted in nature. The staff is probably the best staff you are going to get anywhere. They are very cordial and cater to what you need. The main issue that we had is that the facilities are not being maintained as they should. They are decaying fast. On our first night the AC wasn't working so that took the first and second day to get us transferred to another room where the AC was better. The transportation around property is heavily dependent on Golf carts and there are not that many. So we love to use the bikes. The issue there again is that there are not that many bikes. and the ones that are there are in no good condition. We had to express our frustration and then we got bikes assigned to us. There is no peer, no kayaks either. The food is great and again the staff is supper.

Pools close too early. 7pm... that sucks... property nice... rooms nice food excellent.. truly all inclusive... beach sucked... small and it was seaweed season so don't go during this time.. I was there at the end of July... alsp be aware of the time share crap... too many people trying to sell a time share... but I will go back... for sure..

The customer service was exceptional, truly enhancing our experience. The resort itself was a stunning oasis, with beautifully designed landscapes and inviting architectural details. I particularly enjoyed the spa and pool areas, which offered a serene escape with their tranquil ambiance and luxurious amenities. This was a terific experience. Would recommend for a 4-5 days stay max. It’s not huge like some other resorts, so you will be able to explore it in it’s entirety.
