The property was beautiful, the atmosphere was outstanding, employees were friendly as well as helpful. Some of the complimentary items in the shower where out and not able to be used and there was no way to clean the floors when returning from the beach. I advise you bring a small broom and dustpan just for your own comfort. Also lazy river was closed without warning ⚠️ which was something the kids and adults looked forward to.

Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support.

I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of waterway and golf course.

Helpful staff when needed, beautiful view from tower condo. Loved how spacious the room was as we were traveling with an 18 and 21 year old so the extra space was fantastic. Loved the pool and beach!

The resort was ok, and overall I was not too disappointed. The check in was some what confusing. There is a Doubletree side and an Ellie beach side. I went to the Ellie beach side because that’s where were. I walked up and was told I wasn’t in line that she was going together was next. It
