Our room was semi clean but the carpet had not been vacuumed at all. There was tons of people's hair on it. When I mentioned this to the manager he stated that the didn't vacuum. The AC was completely out on our floor so we had to leave the windows open. There were several bars below us that dumped large amounts of glass into trash cans hourly all night long. Then the recycling trucks came at 5:30 am every day. I literallbarely got than 3 hours sleep every night it was so incredibly loud. Ot is a shame because it is a central location. I would not recommend if you want to actually get sleep.

Every aspect of our stay was picture perfect!

The best thing about the hotel was the reception staff, particularly Matthew, who responded to our requests and needs, everyone’s friendly and willing to help. Hotel is well kept, modern and very convenient to Central Glasgow. Great shower. Lots of well placed electrical outlets. Difficult to use any of the hooks if you are under 5‘5“.

Absolutely loved the decor of the hotel as it was modern but has kept some of the warmth of the original building. Enjoyable breakfast with a great range of items. Nice clean & relatively spacious room. Great location! We went to a concert & it was an easy walk down to the OVO.

This was one of the best airport hotels we have ever stayed in. For some reason, we were put in a "family room," and while we didn't need to two bedrooms, having two bathrooms was very helpful! The rooms are large and comfortable. There was no noise at all from the air traffic in the airport next door. The hotel is just steps away from the entrance to the terminal. The staff was lovely, especially the receptionist named Amina. She worked to get us into our room early and was very sweet to talk with. We can recommend this as a top hotel!
