Review below applies to Air Canada Rouge, which I tried to avoid when booking, but, unfortunately, the "Rouge" description did not appear anywhere during my booking process -it appeared only after I bought the ticket. Please change this on your web site (expedia). This is my 2nd time flying with AC Rouge and I have had the same impressions as last time. Plane is outdated for modern standards. No displays (personal or otherwise) for viewing movies. AC blows strong all the time, without the ability to regulate the flow (need to be wrapped in ablanket throughout the trip - not very comfortable). I could not even get flight information (ETA, distance, plane location, etc.) anywhere. Passengers need to download Air Canada app before embarkation in order to be able to watch movies and TV shows during the flight (how am i supposed to know this in advance?). I could not make my laptop work. Seats provide less legroom than Lufthansa' and KLM planes. Planes are a "cut below" for modern standards. I have nothing wrong to say about the crew; they are as good as any other crew in the business.
