Excelent location, the outdoor pool and the beach very nice.

Everything about the resort was nice but food options could be better

They had a pool just for kids one for adults and a salt water pool by the beach. Hotel is on the beach chairs and umbrellas are free if you stay at the hotel. Such a beautiful hotel staff was great and very attentive.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and champagne - and quickly escorted to our ocean view suite. We decided to stay on property our first day, and ate at OVA after getting settled into our stylish comfortable suite. Our server Glorimar was so friendly and attentive and made us feel at home right from the start. Every staff member had a smile and was attentive and friendly, and seemed to enjoy helping guests feel pampered. Hats off to the housekeeping staff for keeping our suite clean and stocked up with snacks. We had a chance to chat with our daytime housekeeper Lisaber, and she was so friendly - and even gave us tips about local beaches to visit. The property had every amenity you could imagine. We ate and drank on site and played in the various pools for the majority of our stay - and just really had a great time. The pools were large and clean and not overcrowded. The vistas from the pools and balcony are embedded in my mind forever, but we will absolutely come back again. 5 stars!

El lugar es excelente: muy bonito, bien mantenido y el cuarto en muy buenas condiciones, excepto algunos detalles que no afectan la experiencia general. Lo único que no estuvo al nivel fue la comunicación antes de la llegada; al solicitar ayuda, simplemente nos indicaron que buscáramos la información por internet. En general, nos encantó el sitio, pero esos detalles son los que llevan una experiencia de buena a excelente o de lujo. El restaurante principal estuvo bien, aunque nada fuera de lo común. En el almuerzo, a pesar de estar vacío, el servicio fue bastante lento. En la cena, en cambio, el servicio fue excelente y la música en vivo le dio un toquecito bueno.

Do the nature tour and ride the bikes all around the property.

Staff were amazing and food was great but overpriced. Disappointed that the parking was not included in cost. One of our roommates had breakfast and thought it was complementary. Only had a donut, another cold item & a mimosa for $40😕. Was shocked and to embarrassed question it.

Very clean, great drinks, and a great staff from top to bottom.
