We arrived at 11am. Checked in and were told the room wasn’t ready. After killing 3 hours went back around 2. Room still wasn’t ready. Waited till 3 which is what hotels.com says check in time. Room still not ready and by now there are 50 other couples waiting for their rooms as well. After raising my voice they gave us access to the VIP lounge to wait. They gave us our room at 4pm and there had to be an entire cleaning company like 6-7 crews cleaning the entire floor. As a foreigner Bradley no one spoke English. Would not recommend

I had a room in the executive wing. Beautiful, well maintained, excellent bathroom, quiet despite being in the middle of the airport. And very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, our second stay here. Rooms are very dated and require refurbishment, carpet was lifting and furniture worn. Public areas and breakfast all very good.

The hotel stay was great but the food quality served in breakfast was dubious. Some marinated Chinese dishes tased expired and should be threw away. We are Chinese Americans so we know what is the right taste.
