The property was charming, clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The staff was also equally amazing

I could not sleep all night lots of noise dont know what caused it on top of that staff was so bad bell man took my clothes and when it was time to put things in the car they put my bags in the car but left my clothes with hanger in the back and never gave to us. we got home nearly 4hrs later far drive and saw that clothes were never given back. Overall horrible experience going and staying here. Would not recommend it. Staff was not on top of it especially forgetting my expensive clothes

The property is in need of a power washing! And in my opinion, there should be cleaning staff that combs the property for trash and towels that were strewn about, and room service trays left in the hallways. It was really crowded and there were a lot of families, but to me that is no excuse for such sub-par cleanliness, especially for a Ritz Carlton hotel! For the amount we paid for the hotel I was expecting a much better experience. We were there for our last night of our anniversary trip, and I "thought" that I had saved the best hotel for last. We were both very disappointed. Even our room was just ok. It's sad because I was really excited about staying there. We ate at the two restaurants on the property which were also just ok.

Great location and friendly staff, the bed was comfy. The toilet was very slow filling when I flushed. There is an elevator which is a plus. I came during Ventura Fair. The parking lot was full I had to park outside which is fine there parking spots next to the hotel. There is. Jacuzzi on site not so great for a 6 year old. So we did not use. The continental breakfast was very basic don't expect anything better than the waffles . I did not appreciate some guest smoking Marijuana in their balcony. I think the property manager needs to police that. Overall it was good for Motel pretending to be Inn.

Our room was large, and the bathroom was amazing. I wish they would clean the rooms daily without having to ask, and I wish they did not allow pets in all of the rooms. Some of the rooms would be fine, but some people have allergies. Overall it was a nice room.

Beautiful property! Perfect for our family to stay during a wedding weekend. The home is exceptionally well maintained and easy access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer! The gardens were incredibly pretty and we understand why the home has been named Hummingbird Haven!!
