My mom and I stayed here for two nights, and we truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality of all the staff. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and in a very convenient location, with easy access to the train station and bus stops. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great Hotel! The hosts are wonderful and go out of their way to assist when you arrive. They have a luggage storage room which is helpful. Recommendations were wonderful on where to dine. They even brought me some Prosecco and a card for my birthday. Room AC unit was a huge benefit! Location was nice as well, and walkable. Would definitely stay here again if in Zurich!

My room was clean and had everything I needed especially the great A/C. The breakfast was delicious and great variety. Especially loved the fancy latte machine. The staff were very kind and helpful. I especially loved the young long blonde hair girl forget her name but she was very helpful on several occasions even would remember my room number. Definitely recommending this place to others perfect location too.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. It’s right next to the train station, the tram, and walking distance from many of the attractions you want to see in Zürich. Our room was quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything in the Hotel was excellent, the room and bathroom was very clean . Every day room service was done. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful especially the lady receptionist named Anina she is a new hire lady but she was really very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was excellent lot of different types of food were there . Air condition worked well.

Hotel staff is 5 star. Especially Melanie. She has so much knowledge about the area and was able to answer all of our questions and make excellent recommendations. Loved the restaurant she recommended. And she helped us navigate the rail system. She offered to book a trip for us with a tour company across the street. Street noise was not a problem. Location is excellent. Easy walk to Old Town and Train Station. The air conditioner made a noise every 20 minutes. It sounded like a coffee maker making a pot of coffee.

I didn’t expect much bc it appears to be a bare bones hotel . I was pleasantly surprised surprised . The beds were comfy and the ac was the best we experienced in Europe’s hottest summer. The room was clean and the location for day trips could not be beat. The breakfast was additional and was average/doable buffet for the price. Would stay here again!

Convenient location close to Zurich HB Railway station. Noisy air/conditioner, and a lot of road noise at night. Ok if you are a heavy sleeper. Room was adequate and slightly larger than expected but basic. Breakfast was good, not lavish but something for everyone and was fresh. Check is automated, however, we hadn’t received the check in email on arrival which gives you access to your room so arranged a physical key instead. Whilst this hotel was adequate, I would look for an alternate hotel if I were to visit Zurich again.

The location of the hotel is excellent - it is next to the train station Death Star downtown and across from the bus station (good looking bus station not NYC looking). It sits above a Starbucks and a restaurant. Keys to room and hotel entrance are on your phone so non-tech savvy avoid. Was welcomed with a can of beer and a nice desk clerk. Good “Swiss affordable” hotel for a night but probably would want something bigger and nicer for longer stays. Drawback was AC unit in my room wasn’t working (American in Europe in August).
