« Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone. "The stay was good. Nice room, clean and spacious. Staff was friendly overall. We had an issue with the valet service: we gave our car key on Friday evening and asked the car to be ready by 6:30AM the next morning but the valet took more than 10 minutes to find the car key which was stored in a drawer. It would be nice to classify the car keys of the hotel customers by time or date to find it quickly despite staff shift changes (the person who put the key in the drawer was not the same staff). Quite frustrating when you are running late and you wake up early to have the stress related of waiting so long for your key car. When you pay more than 20 EUR per night to have your car parked you expect the hotel to be able to know where they put your car key!"
