"Good things: it is very close the Norman Regional Hospital and is a budget friendly hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bad things: Don't let the picture fool you. This hotel is in dire need of renovation and deep cleaning. The rooms are incredibly dated, featuring peeling paint, heavily stained carpets, and a pervasive, musty odor. Bathroom maintenance is severely lacking, with clogged toilet and moldy grout. The room service is also not done daily (but they offer garbage takeout and exchange towels every morning). We originally booked a week-long stay but have to check-out after 3 days because the condition is just very uncomfortable to stay (their policy to cancel bookings are also strict so we didn't get our money back for those days we didn't stay). "

"The Waterpark was alot of fun for the kids. The parking garage was ridiculously overpriced. You have to pay every time you leave and come back. $25"

"The cleaners do a good job, but the carpets and everything was just dingy and gross. It needs to be updated. Just small things that were also annoying was unplugging the microwave to plug in the coffee maker and unplugging a light to charge your phone. Just not impressed. "

"Room was clean but linens were old and worn. Not enough pillows and the pillows we got were old and in need of replacement. The man at the front desk seemed to be bothered by us asking for breakfast items that were empty. The pancake maker was broken. So... just an okay stay. "
