"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. "After a very stressful at our Airbnb, the BW took our very last minute reservation and had our room ready all within a hour. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, very helpful and just made us feel relaxed and welcome. The room was small but clean and had three beds for the three of us. "You check in yourself, you really don’t deal with staff unless you need something..the rooms were clean and had the amenities needed, except iron which you need to check out at front desk. They provide razors, soaps, toothbrush, etc…the beds and pillows were comfy…location close to station and close enough to Dotonbori..had a 7-11 in hotel 👍..had a double room so it seemed good size..single rooms would feel small…"

"We stayed a little over a week. Staff were amazing & super courteous/helpful! Loved the amenities bar & unlimited water/coffee machine. The elevators could be better though, having been placed on the 17th (most tippy top floor), two elevators (really just 1 that felt like it was actually working) was really inconvenient and slow. There was a housekeeping staff, a younger Filipino gal who continued to give me major attitude for simply asking for things that we needed in our room during our week+ stay. Thankfully her colleagues were a lot more kind, so we often depended on their kindness and hospitality instead."

It was also very thoughtful appointed with good lughting, including reading lanps and foot lights to prevent you from sinking your toes in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good. After long days of exploring Osaka, it was the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around the city and visit popular attractions. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Candeo Hotels to anyone visiting Osaka. It made my trip even more memorable, and I can’t wait to come back!"
