Yosemite Aviary

This home has easy access to an entrance at street level and parking at the front door.

*In Yosemite Aviary there are two bedrooms at street level and the third bedroom is on the upper level. Both floors open to decks with views. The upper level has a bedroom, living room and a bathroom. The upper level can provide complete privacy with a door to lock off from the entrance level. Three rooms, first bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with a queen & twin size bed, the third bedroom has a day bed. The loft has a day bed as well. The entrance level has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and living room.

*Yosemite Quail is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms home. Each room hosts a queen size memory foam bed. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room (not recommended for adults). Enjoy a BBQ and marvel at the breathtaking views from the large deck. The kitchen is complete with all you need to prepare a family meal. There is a 46" LED TV with dish satellite TV and satellite based WiFi for emails and browsing only. This unit is the lower part of Yosemite Aviary.

Charging for your electric car is available with a 220v Nema 1450 plug at the parking pad. Satellite WiFi is free (the wifi speed in unreliable for video streaming and video calling). This cabin has 4 parking spots all year long. Stay at our home for a memorable Yosemite vacation.

Perfect location
This house was in 6,000 ft elevation, well inside the park. House was stocked with everything we needed, many beds, clean linens, newish living room and dining room set. Carpeting needs cleaning/replacement. 5 deer were grazing in the yard as we arrived.

Very dirty carpets
Very nice location, but carpets are badly in need of replacement. They are so dirty that it's no longer possible to clean them. We also had a visit from a mouse in the lower level bedroom - my wife was NOT a fan!

BEAUTIFUL VIEW
The back porches look out over the valley. Gorgeous! Newer laundry and BBQ. Convenient 220V for car charging. A LOT of beds in the place. We had a large group but were very comfortable. Would DEFINITELY rent again

Great trip nice location!
This is a great location and they have several properties to choose from, wifi is offered in some houses but might not be high quality, still good for messaging and overall it was a great stay and really enjoyed it! the land owner is fast and kind to answer any questions and really helpful. I will stay there again in the fiture!

Convenient Location with all the basics covered
We were 3 couples with a 10 and 11 year old (8 people). The bedrooms were laid out perfect for 3 couples and a few kids. As other stated the place is fairly dated. One of the bedrooms sheets were not clean with an oil on them. The only other annoying thing was the kitchen cabinets would not stay closed. Other than that is was a great stay and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Quaint and Charming Yosemite Retreat
The location within the park was wonderful. There were a few questions I had sent to the property management company prior to arrival that we not answered, but they were able to be reached once we were at the rental. The separate entries was a bit odd and awkward, but overall the place was perfect for our family. Sunsets from the decks were gorgeous.

a bit cramped for 10
I felt the home was a bit small for 10 people. We had 3 couples & 4 older teens (16 & 19 yrs) and struggled with where to put everyone. It was hard pressed to put everyone together for meals upstairs at one time, and only small groups could fit in the living room at one time. It was very obvious that this home should not be marketed as one large unit, and should sell itself as 2 separate rentals. Which is kinda alludes to, but then it states sleeps 14 so a bit misleading. The lower unit has no internal access to the upper unit, which is very inconvenient if you are a large family that wants to be together all the time, except for sleeping. It was raining during stay, so having to go outside every time you needed to go downstairs was a process of getting all bundled up for a 2 minute trip. Plus the outside light didn't work on the porch, so holding umbrellas and flashlights up and down the stairs was a huge pain. Granted this might have been a fine arrangement if it wasn't raining, which is probably the majority of the time. The heater wasn't working, nor was the fireplace, and the sliding doors all leaked from water getting underneath. On an upbeat - Scenic Wonders came right out to fix the heater, so big points for customer service - they were super responsive staff and polite, we were really happy with them. Overall we chose this place because we thought a house would be more fun than a hotel or bed & breakfast for roughly the same price per person. Next time, however, we would not choose to stay at this property again, opting for a hotel or a different home in the area.
