Non-existent welcome at check-in. The only words were to get me to pay for the room...
Noisy room (street noise), illuminated mirror out of order, coffee maker leaking, bedding far too soft.
Rooftop: 4 blankets to enjoy the terrace when it was cool for 50 places. That's 90% of unhappy customers.
Restaurant, dinner: fillet of beef served overcooked for a rare order. We had to send the dish back
Restaurant, breakfast: the experience began with a queue... unexpected for a 4*! Tables not cleared.
In conclusion: a disappointing stay. When we spoke to other guests, we found the same thing!
