The bathroom contains a bath and shower and with 2 toilets the property is big enough for the whole family. Watch the dolphins frolic and the yachts sail past from the river patio. Send the kids to the resort style pool or to your own private beach while mum and dad enjoy the easy life including great fishing right at your back door or exploring the estuary on your kayak, boat or jet ski with a secure jetty for your use!  
  
Why not take a walk along the beaches or perhaps for the more adventurous follow the walking track that hugs the coast line from Angourie to Brooms Head. Take a drive to visit one of the many unique coastal and rural villages on the Clarence including the fabulous Grafton, the City of trees.
