"Personnel d'accueil peu anglophone mais pouvant quand même vous accueillir et vous renseigner. Personnel de chambre toujours dédié! Petit-déjeuner très correct, mais attention, on ne sert que du thé comme boisson chaude: un thé au lait, ce n'est pas mal non plus. Terrace accessible 24h/24 avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer de Marmara. La chambre était calme. Hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de la ville avec toutes les options de restauration possibles. Je reviendrai. SD et OU"

"We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty. From pool, sauna, massage all 5\*.
