"I had an excellent stay at the Zhangjiajie Sanhe Resort. This is a family owned hotel, and everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the second sister who helped us book all of our activities and even got us a foot massage therapist to come to our room for a foot massage. The hotel is brand new, modern, well decorated, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, very comfortable bed and linens and an excellent shower. "This is a small and clean hotel with very friendly personnel, and there was not much to complain about, except for a few things; 1. There was only sufficient AC on one side of our rectangular room, which matters on hot summer days/nights. 2. The door to the shower cassette was missing which, made it easy to spray on the bathroom floor."

"Great place for the value. Staff and owners are so nice! They do pick up from airport or train station too at any time. They are available anytime to answer any questions. I was out all day exploring so it was a perfect place to just come home and sleep. Very nice people . There’s a 24 hour shop just around the corner if need snacks or water ."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. Ming and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving Ming got a map out of the park and advised me on how to spend my two days there. The included breakfast was very robust. The views from the pool/room were awesome and it was dead silent. It's just a 10-15 min walk to the park entrance and it's super easy to get a DiDi called to the hotel to take you into town. The hotel also has a restaurant so it's very easy to do dinner there as well. Can't recommend this place enough :) "
