« Great location but hotel tired and in need of upgrade. Staff friendly and work hard but under staffed at breakfast. Booking in at to wait as no one at reception (4 in afternoon) breakfast on second day was a fiasco and people got up and walked out. I am afraid I won’t be returning as it stands »

« The property is a little older but the room was clean and had all the basics you need for a stress free stay. Easy access to and from London with main roads easily accessible. »

« It was a great stop on the Norfolk coast. The beach was literally down the pathway. The staff were so lovely and friendly and the room had everything we needed in it. The bed was crazily comfortable, I'm missing it already. Breakfast was superb!! We'd stay again any day. Good to have a bar and entertainment on too! »

« Proximity to the train station is quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel because the room itself was not well maintained. There was black mould growing in the shower because it wasn’t properly sealed. I also couldn’t find a pillow that was very comfortable. « Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

« Convenient access if traveling to and from nearby airports. Rooms are basic, but absolutely no airflow, even with a fan, and very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot. In general, this is feedback for many hotels that don’t have air-conditioning and it will be an health and safetyissue that is going to need to be addressed sooner than later. »
