"Pet and people friendly B & B with friendly staff and great breakfast. The horse drawn wagon ride near by was a great bonus. The views from the higher elevation and of the rural surrounding are gorgeous. "

Top Worlds Deepest Geothermal Spring Hotel Reviews
Alpine Inn of Pagosa Springs
10/10 Excellent
"The price was reasonable and the gentleman that was in charge was so efficient. He cleaned, stocked the breakfast items and he did laundry…all at the same time WOW!!"
"We truly loved our stay in this spacious "loft". It was so nice to have a full kitchen and the ability to spread out.The bed is super comfy and the towels and robes were great as well! This place is all about the location. Multiple amazing places to eat are within walking distance including food trucks literally right down the alley. We also really enjoyed kips for some tacos. The hippy dip is just across the street and overlook hot springs are next door. We did have the AC on pretty much full blast but we were here during 87 degree temps. We found putting the large fan near the kitchen pushing air towards the living area helped immensely! This is a basement apartment. And we just found it perfect for a cozy jumping off point for adventures. "
Amazing Town Home Right on San Juan River, Big Views, Near Town, Central A/C
10/10 Excellent
"Stunning views from the back deck of both the river and the mountains! House was spotless and completely equipped with everthing you would ever need. Beth was warm and gracious as well! We would defiantly stay here again!"
"Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight and plan to go back again soon!!"
