« Everything. After checking in around 8pm, didnt get the room i booked, 2 doubles and a king, instead we got 2 kings and a sofa sleeper. When I reported it to the front desk and asked for another room the person at the desk told me it would cost $25 more to change rooms and they would not return my money. I was told that the toiletwould be fixed. I mentioned that there were no towels in the room and could they get some in there. Then I left to use the restroom at a restaurant. « Leaking sink, faucet in tub runs constantly, slight roach problem. Not an ideal environment, for prices and deposits requested by management. Ive seen cheaper with less issues. »

« Our third trip to this property in the last year and we really enjoy our stays. Easy access to and from the interstate for a quick overnight rest. Rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable with an excess of space to easily accommodate 3 people. Great breakfast! We will be back! »

« Hi Disappointed with overall service Unlike other AC hotels we stayed in, our room wasn’t done, despite requesting it to a housekeeper. We were told the room was only cleaned, towels & bed done if stay is “3 days or more”. Drinking water, tea & coffee were not restocked. The bathroom in the shower - the corner edges of the floor were not clean (edges dark brown in color & textured floor areas appeared brown ).
