The pool is open from May 25, 2026 until October 5, 2026\. We supply 50 gallons of gas for the pool heater weekly; guests are charged for overage as usage is monitored daily. Bright and airy Woodstock home with all the amenities you will need. Located only 4 minutes from the Village of Woodstock, say hello to your perfect vacation home. A four-bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms located on a private roadway perfect for walking & running around the neighborhood. The house was recently renovated and features a heated salt-water in-ground pool, 2000sf outdoor deck with BBQ grill, basketball court, and large tranquil garden with privacy, two wood-burning fireplaces, and central air. The renovated bathrooms feature two standing showers and a deep soaking tub. Separate library room for peaceful reading or watching television. House has access to free Wi-Fi, Amazon stick, and HBO. Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, and skylights. Beautiful and stylish “green” den with wood-burning fireplace. Relaxing fire pit in the backyard overlooking large pine and oak trees. Ranch-style house with bedrooms located on one side of the house and entertainment rooms on the other side for an optimum layout. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom features a trundle bed and twin bed accommodating up to three adults or the perfect retreat for guests with kids. The third bedroom and fourth bedroom features queen beds. Closet space is provided for your belongings in each bedroom. The cozy den features a convertible sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining room comfortably seating for six or more. Large comfortable sectional couch located in the living room. Guests with children are welcome to request our kid-friendly wood benches and chairs as an alternative to the upholstered velvet dining chairs to help keep them in great condition for everyone’s enjoyment. House has the essentials. Clean towels and linen provided along with shampoo and body wash. The cleaning fee can be adjusted based on the # of bedrooms/bathrooms being used. Some of my favorites in Woodstock include Shindig (for lunch), Oriole 9 (great breakfast), Cucina (great brunch and date night meals), Catskill Mountain Pizza (they deliver cash only), and Bread Alone (yummy yummy fresh bread, coffee and more). There is an additional rate of $25/guest/night for groups over 6 guests. Fireplaces are closed during the summer months. PLEASE NOTE: The house is kid-friendly but not childproof. Additionally, the house is very suitable for couples and singles. The pool is open from Memorial Weekend until September 24th. LATE CHECKOUT/ EARLY CHECK-IN Early check-in and late check is sometimes available upon request. POOL: There is a fence around the pool for child safety. Please note that all members of the guest party must sign a pool waiver. Please only turn on the pool heater when in use and remember to shut off the pool heater. For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm. We supply 50 gallons of gas for the pool heater weekly. Usage is monitored daily, and you will be informed of overage and how to prepay for additional gas. BATHROOMS The house runs on a septic system. Please dispose of all baby wipes, paper towels sanitary products, and food scraps in the garbage instead of in the toilets. Bathrooms are equipped with disposable sanitary bags. PROPERTY CONDITION & DAMAGES All damages to the home will result in a cost to replacement and/or repair. Tenant most report if any damages are present at the property within two hours of arrival. If there is no report of any damage, the tenant assumes responsibility for damages incurred during the rental period. Furniture, electronics, and artwork are not to be moved. Premises left dirtier than what is considered normal will result in additional cleaning costs. KEYS: We provide two sets of keys. Both keys must be returned to the lockbox at the end of your stay. NO SMOKING No Smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking inside the house results in the loss of the entire Security Deposit. Smoking is permitted outside. There is a $50 charge for leaving cigarette butts on the property. NOISE Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum after 10PM. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Convenient to village of Woodstock and grocery/liquor store. Home has plenty of room for a family - note that one full bathroom, however, is not near the bedrooms so three bedrooms have one bathroom in close proximity. Master bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well appointed. Great board games on site as well as lovely fireplace to hang out and read or enjoy a cocktail and conversation. TV is located in a separate hang out room off the kitchen area. We were not able to enjoy the home's outdoor area due to the season and weather but looks like a great place to hang during the summer! ##### Heather G. The check-in was easy and the house and grounds are spacious and comfortable. The pool is the main attraction especially in August with temps near 90\. Yana was easily reached and very accommodating. It was so easy to make dinner, as the kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed, and we were able to spread out and enjoy the beautiful rooms for movie time, or reading. The beds were extremely comfortable with super-soft linens. This house was central to everything, and in a perfect neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and even made suggestions for things to do! 12/10 - highly recommend. ##### Gina T. Clean, comfy, spacious with beautiful decor. From the time of booking to check out Yana, was very responsive and helpful. Upon arrival, the place was even better in person! The pictures just can't capture the magic of this beautifully decorated place. It was easy to check in! We had everything we needed. The house and bedrooms were all very clean and inviting. Not to mention the beds were super cozy. We all slept quite well! The kitchen was modern and a joy to be in. Very close to town which was a major plus for us. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Would absolutely stay there again. ##### Maria T. The location was great just a few minutes from Woodstock’s cool shops and restaurants. The house had such a cool Mediterranean vibe and was just the right size for 7 of us. We loved catching up outside by the gas fireplace and having our coffee during the crisp November morning with the backdrop of woods and nature. The family room was nice to all sit around and play games and chat. Maybe a TV in that room would be nice even though we didn’t need it for the weekend. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of six. We enjoyed grilling our meals on the large deck over looking the pool. The backyard is surrounded by forests that kept us cool during the heat wave. Yanna was a responsive owner and answered our questions. We would love to return again. ##### Lou D. As far as the house and the accommodations, it was a little "tired" The picture presentation looked much nicer than the actual home. The host was helpful with our concerns when we checked in and resolved a few problems immediately. The pool was nice and very clean, but the furniture was old and very tired. We brought our own pool toys, and left them there for the next family !! I would recommend the host update dishes, glasses, and silverware for the kitchen. The towels were adequate, as well as pool towels. The weather was perfect, and the town was lovely. i guess i am a little spoiled when it comes to accommodations, but i think in this area there is a rustic atmosphere with both pluses and minuses. Cleanliness of the property and sanitation issues can be easily improved at the time of turn over of the property. ##### Nadine F. Decent drive and easy to find the property. Property Manager/Owner, Yanna was very responsive and understanding. There were min cupcakes left for us upon our arrival which was a nice personal touch :) Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of outdoor space as well. House rules/instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property has supplies and bath amenities available so no need to bring anything! Kitchen is well stocked. The only kitchen utensil you might want to bring are your own chef knives for chopping. The knives there were dull but manageable. TV’s were smaller than we’d like, but No complaints. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. ##### Victoria W. The house was spacious, clean, cozy, comfortable and easy to find. The communication with the Yanna was great. The location is very convenient. There is a big supermarket in 3 minutes driving distance, and it is also very close to the Woodstock Main Street. We all enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. ##### Wei-Chia L. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook a full thanksgiving dinner and we also used the grill. The kids loved running around in the yard and hanging out in the “pink room” and the adults enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire. We also loved Woodstock and went to several of the recommended restaurants. We would totally stay here again, I would love to come when the pool is open! (maybe consider a hot tub?!?) ##### Megan M. We sat on the deck when we first arrived but then it got too cold. The neighborhood is perfect for a leaf gathering walk and is very close to downtown Woodstock. This house and property is as pictured and described. We were two families and fit very comfortably. Loved the location - close enough to town to be convenience but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Home itself is charming with comfortable furniture, easy check out, and host was very responsive prior to and during our vacation. We each had our own private space, but loved being able to hang out in the living room, outdoor deck and, most importantly, the pool.
