Three Bedroom Condo @ Spring Brook Resort

Escape the overcrowding and enjoy your next Dells trip with many of the conveniences of home. This sprawling three bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 14 (ADA unit sleeps 12). Sleep well in the Master bedroom - complete with a king bed, private master bath and 32" TV. For additional guests' sleeping arrangements the second bedroom offers two queen beds and is also equipped with a TV. The third bedroom, or side suite, offers two additional queen beds, sofa sleeper, table and chairs, TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a third full bathroom.

The well appointed full kitchen features Corian® countertops and name brand appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full set of eating utensils and cookware are supplied. The dining area provides a large extension table with seating for 8. Additional guest seating is available at the kitchen counter. The pine accented wall in the living room pairs well with the stone fire place, 42" TV and queen-size leather sleeper sofa. A love seat, accent chair and coffee table -great for entertaining- complete the cozy living area. In addition to the aforementioned bathrooms, there is a third full bath in the common area. All are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. For added convenience an iron, ironing board and washer and dryer are also provided. Home and office are just a click away with complimentary Wi-Fi. Or grab a cocktail and leave it all behind at the outdoor seating provided on the two balconies.

The Cedar Stone Condos-Suites are directly across the street from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Condo sleeps maximum of 14, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. $250 Security Deposit Required.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older. This is a upper level unit. Please note, there is not an elevator.

Outstandig for our family of 11

Our 4-day stay at Spring Brook condo was a wonderful experience. The three bedroom/3 bath condo was very clean, well stocked with cookware, tableware, & paper supplies, and very roomy for our family of 11. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Two of the three refrigerator door shelves had no brackets to hold bottles, etc. That was an inconveniece. They should be replaced.We went down to use the grill one evening and found the propane tank empty. We called the office and someone came within ten minutes with a new tank. It was nice to have grilling utensils in the kitchen to use at the outside grill.The pizzas we enjoyed at the restaurant were very tasty. The server was very friendly and attentive. We didn't have a long wait for our 3 pizzas and beverages.. Having the pools so close was a big plus. I thought the water was very cloudy, so maybe more chemical use was needed for the numbers of people who swam each day. It was nice to be able to walk to the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. We took advantage of the special rates at the connecting golf course. We had a thoroughly enjoyable golfing experience. The course was well maintained and the staff at the pro shop were very helpful, polite, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. It is a wonderful location. Its away from the busyness of the Dells, but close enough to go to attractions easily. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

Home away from home!

Me and my family were so comfortable that they didnt wanna go back home. Lol! The beds are super comfortable and the space was perfect for my family of 8, was very clean.Having the pool was a exiting bonus Im sure the summer is even funner as we went in spring. This place had plenty of everything when it comes to the kichen utensils. Stores were near by..My family and I are definitely returning to this place.

The perfect stay!

We had an incredible stay at the Spring Brook resort! Our group was very comfortable in the condo. There are also great amenities within the resort like the clubhouse, restaurant, and pool! I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely stay again!

Wine weekend with friends

We visited a number of wineries during our stay. The condo was very nice. It was clean and had a good amount of linens & dishes/cookware. The bedding is very outdated & could use updating. I don’t understand why there were envelopes out for tipping the cleaning staff when we paid a cleaning fee. I’ve never seen this at a vrbo. Overall, a nice stay.

Great Family Girls Weekend

The condo was perfect for all of the girls in the family to have a great getaway. Everyone had their own place to sleep and having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The location is great, so quick and easy to get anywhere in the Dells. This place fit our needs perfectly. Having the full kitchen to make a meal was great and the dining table expanded to fit 8 comfortably. Pool area was really nice. Didn't have a chance to use the large outdoor fire pit in back, but it sure looked awesome. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for a fantastic weekend, lots of great laughs were had and many family memories were made.

Family/Friend Summer Fun

This property was great for our group of two families with kids ranging from 3-10 years old. I love the indoor and outdoor pool options, along with the outdoor bar serving food and drinks. All the accommodations were great for a fun family vacation. Along with being able to buy tickets for attractions right at the front desk. Great all around!

Great Family Getaway

Spent a few days with the family as a little getaway. The condo was spacious and clean. The golf course was well maintained. The kids had a great time using the pool. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the wait staff, food, and setting was awesome! The staff that we dealt with were friendly and courteous. The only thing negative thing was there was a shelf in the fridge that was broken. Minor thing compared to all the other positives I mentioned. We would definitely come back!

A shelf was broken in our fridge. We also had issues with keys to our room. We had to go back to the desk everyday to get new ones. We also had an issue of other people trying to get into our room. The person at the front desk told them their room number (which was ours). They double booked our room and it was a big inconvenience because our key cards got deactivated. Wasn’t too happy about this.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was close to many of the places we wanted to visit in the Dells. The property was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful regarding the area. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable but very crowded due to spring break.

Family Vacation

I recently retired and plan to start taking family vacations. I was looking for a Condo so we could all stay together. I found a Condo on Vrbo which I never did before and decided to give it a try. So happy I did! The 3 bedroom Condo was perfect for my family. Was very happy with the accommodations. Was plenty of room for 11 of us and had everything we needed to cook our meals and enjoy family time together in our Condo and at the indoor and outdoor pool. Plus we were close to the attractions we wanted to do at WI Dells. Looking forward to booking our next family vacation!

Suited our family well, could have been cleaner but manageable with more cleaning supplies. Pools up keep accurate for the busy days. Overall enjoyed the stay, prices for drinks and food could be more competitive.

Great resort!

We loved condos 302A/B for our first family getaway in quite awhile. 12 of us stayed comfortably in this clean, nicely laid out condo. We loved it so much we might come back in August! Made great memories riding the 6 & 4 person bikes, we just wished some of the pedals weren’t bent as they were hard to pedal. Restaurant had excellent food and service!

Nice condo for large family

We really liked the condo we stayed in. It’s very spacious has a nice kitchen, dining area, 3 bathrooms with showers, and in a nice area. The only downfall is the 2 sets of queens felt more like double beds and some of the ladies in our group of 9 had not met yet. The king was sure to size and very nice. The only other thing that could be improved is standard size coffee mugs as they are all tea cup size. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place for a large family or couples to share the double beds.
