Ideally located near many activities that the Dells area has to offer, including many great restaurants, concert halls, shopping, and of course the indoor and outdoor water parks! Enjoy the close proximity to Noah's Ark - save on parking with just a short 4 minute walk. In town for one of the many great sporting events run by Just a Game? Your condo is only minutes away and gives you and your players a much better chance of a good night’s sleep to perform at a high level. This large 2 bed & 2 bath condo is perfect for a family getaway, friends reconnecting, or a couple’s trip. The two-story condo provides many advantages over a single level space, including creating quiet areas for children or guests looking to relax. The condo is beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds & Smart TV’s for relaxing after a long day playing in the Dells! You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with all the essentials and more and is completely open to the dining and family rooms. The condo has an indoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment throughout winter, along with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy dinner and drinks poolside. In the summer you can also use the private beach, outdoor pool/hot tub, and you can fish from the docks. Lighthouse Cove is a mixed-use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekenders, and rental units. It is in a quiet spot on the lake but just a couple blocks from the excitement of the Wisconsin Dells Pkwy. NO SMOKING 6 GUESTS (4 ADULTS MAX) Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager. Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules: Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unity may use the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons. Parking. Guests may park only one vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area. Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub. Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones. Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony. Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings. Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities. Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills. Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times. Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight. Person on reservation must be 21 years old or needs to be preapproved by host. We were a bit nervous upon arrival as this is a second story unit and there was a note not to run or jump, which can be hard with young children. However, we were able to manage due to the amount of outdoor space and activities- we were barely in the unit besides for at night for dinner and bed. We loved the beach, the docks for fishing and the indoor and outdoor pool options. Also, the location is SUPER convenient for restaurants, mini golf and water parks. ##### Danielle D. You do have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the front door but once you figure that all out it's easy to manage. The Property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager is very good about suggesting what you may need to bring with you based on what they supply. Location was convenient and close to all the attractions but still quiet. Owners/managers were easy to contact and responded within a few minutes the one time we did reached out to them. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Tandy H. My first impression was that it was nicer than my own home! Very clean, updated, plenty of room, and great location. Even though it was cold out and snowed the last day there, everyone enjoyed the views from both balconies. My girls said the couches were comfortable to lay on and it was fun sleeping in the bunk beds. We hope to return in the warmer months. ##### Kim S. This condo was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of Lake Delton. The kitchen was stocked and the bathrooms had a few extras you wouldn’t expect: q-tips, eye makeup remover pads, toilet paper, etc. The towels were extra soft and the beds were comfortable. The most impressive part of our stay and after was the quick and helpful responses and actions we received from our property manager. They responded to any questions I had within minutes and went above and beyond by shipping me the items I accidentally left behind. They were fantastic to work with. Above all the condo was spotless and the customer service was second to none. I highly recommend staying here! ##### Ashley L. Great location, close to all the action but far enough away to feel like a vacation spot. The space was functional and very clean, well decorated. Easy to check in, no complaints.
