« This is a very clean and cozy cabin. It has all kitchen supplies you will need. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast at the cabin and cooked lunch in the grill ( in 30 degree weather). The beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing and there is a running stream right next to the farmers cabin running to the pond. We hiked the property for a very short time. « We have stayed at this property since 2013. It was great then and continues to improve. The cleanliness for an older renovated farmhouse is unmatched. Country living at its finest. Close enough to go to Elkins or to Fayetteville for whatever you want to do with a short commute back. I would recommend this house to anyone I know. Thank you Patricia for being a great host! « This property is one of my favorites because we got married here but also because there isn’t any cell signal or WiFi here. Being disconnected from technology helps to focus on being present and connecting with the people you’re with! I also love how close it is to hiking and water. « The property was lovely and really, much nicer and more attractive than the photos of the inside. Very accommodating host with thoughtful small amenities. The location, was quiet, pretty, and easily walkable to the square (for us) or Dickson St. We brought our dogs and it has a nice grassy, large yard complete with benches and a dog clean up station! We will definitely stay again. »

« Everything that was advertised was correct. It is nicely located near a very connected trail for walking or bike. Also walking distance to some nice restaurants, bars, coffee. Owners provided a nice bottle of wine when we arrived. They took care of a rare minor mishap that was satisfactory in the solution. Everything worked(TV, internet, showers, laundry,etc.) I would stay here again. »

« This is such a great location. It’s a lively area and this place is just cool. The decks are amazing, the furnishings are sharp, it’s dog friendly, and has an awesome UofA vibe. Management was helpful. The only thing I would change is they requested a form 3 hours before checkin to avoid cancellation. Wish that could’ve been taken care of days before instead of the day I’m trying to travel. No biggie at all, just a small detail I’d have rather dealt with earlier.
