« Check in was seamless. Full check in packet was provided prior to visit that included description of property, where to find everything and WiFi. It made it so we could arrive and just start our vacation. Mitch was very responsive to any questions about the property prior to the stay and during. The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and pier but far enough a way that it’s nice and quiet. « We had a great stay at this place. The house is modern with a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There’s a terrific back deck that was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and relaxing outside in the evenings. Location is good - a short walk to the Old Port but in a nice, more residential neighborhood with plenty of its own good restaurants. It’s also convenient to a lot of great running trails. We’d definitely stay here again. »

« Another amazing vacation on Bailey Island in this perfect house (the driveway is a bit tricky but very doable). We love that there’s so much to do right on the island like fishing, beach combing… and yet you aren’t far from shopping and other attractions. The house is ideal for our large extended family and there is plenty of space for games, puzzles, tv, crochet… Brett, as always, was prompt in communications and a pleasure to deal with. We are already looking forward to next year! »

We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, along with some great fishing! We enjoyed the ice cream at Sweeties Pies down the road. We were too busy on the water to pull ourselves away to explore Pleasant Mountain, but a very nice neighbor down the street told us there is a great trail off of Mountain Road if we wanted to hike the mountain. »

« Great space. Modern amenities without taking away from the beauty that is Harrison. Thoughtful home - amazing supply of wood for the fire pit, sheets included, and just a bunch of little things that made this a special trip. Highly recommend, just don't book it during our return trip next summer! Even when we needed help, the host team was super responsive and helpful. The games too were a big hit and allowed for quality non-screen time with the kids. Need to figure out where we can get our own...

This house was exactly what we needed after exploring the area all day. All the comforts of home. A quick drive to Portland and many other areas. Was nice to come back to a place where we could relax after a long day. Good communication and easy to get to. Would 10/10 stay here again. »

« Perfect Lakefront Getaway on Panther PondWe had a fantastic week at this beautiful lake house on Panther Pond. « We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend. »
