  • Relax and unwind at this spacious 4BR townhome just 1-2 minutes from Twin Creeks Marina & Dry Creek Beach! Take the complimentary golf cart and relax by the pool or head to the marina to rent a boat, shop at the store, or eat/drink at Drafts & Watercrafts Bar & Grill. Enjoy cozy furnishings, relax on the screened in porch, or challenge your group to a game of foosball. This home is perfect for families, groups, and lake lovers looking for a fun and easy getaway in Winchester, TN.

    Sit back and relax in this cozy space where you have an indoor fireplace, master bedroom with king bed, and queen bed on the first floor. On the second floor you have 2 queens in one room and then a full bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath so there`s plenty of room for your family and friends. In the garage you`ll find the complimentary golf cart to get around the neighborhood.

    Your home is in the gated Twin Creeks golf cart community and you will receive a gate and door code in your check-in instructions
    Golf cart is available available March-October, key is put away during winter months.

    This is not a place for parties as the home is a townhome that is in close proximity to other neighbors. Please be mindful of noise and quiet hours are 10pm-7am. HOA doesn`t allow box trucks to be parked in the driveway or roadway

Great house in a great location

Property was clean and well maintained. The Twin Creeks neighborhood had everything you could need and easy access to the lake. Downtown Winchester and great food options are a very short drive away.

Family Reunion Weekend Fun

What a great house! Plenty of room for the whole family! We loved taking the golf cart to the marina. The pool was great. Everything was close by! The property manager was great. He was quick to respond and we had everything we needed! We will be back!

In three words, IT WAS GREAT! Everything was more than expected. We took advantage of the pool, lake and rented pontoon and it was very nice. Only thing that needs attention was the furniture on the screened porch was not clean and seemed like the cushions could use replacement. That is the only recommendation but does not detract from the value and fun of the weekend

Everything about this property was above and beyond expectations. We enjoyed the screened patio and fire pit. Wonderful neighbor! Very comfortable beds and enjoyed all amenities. Will definitely stay again!

I have never had a host call to welcome me. He called the day before arriving to verify that I had all the information I needed. That was a very reassuring touch; I really appreciated it. Getting to these homes at night can be really difficult to find the house # if no lights are left on . So I always ask where the house number is located and the color of the house. Beautiful home, great layout, very well-stocked kitchen for those who cook. Outside screened-in porch with a fireplace and TV was a great plus. We definitely will return!
