« Staff was probably the FRIENDLIEST I have ever experienced at a motel/hotel. Super nice and down to earth. They made feel like I was part of their family or something, it was touching. Property is super great too! Really cute and lots of newly remodeled stuff. Definitely plan to come back when I need a place in Jackson! »

« It was fine for one night. Checking in was a bit of a pain because they needed to see both adults ID and my husband was in the car with my kids, so a little inconvenient. The room was also okay. Kinda stuffy. We had to run the air unit the entire night. Breakfast is nothing fantastic. Just prepackaged items. Had issues with the TV, so that was annoying. The only plus was how big the room was and the beds were comfortable. »

« The pool was out of order the entire duration of our stay, and we were not informed before booking, before arrival or upon check in which was highly disappointing. They are currently waiting on a recertification permit to open from the city, we were told when we inquired. There was a bit of a language barrier with evening check-in staff.
