Beautiful Vacation Condo

This condo is beautiful. You have the street view from the walkway into the condo and a big back balcony looking out into the ocean. Contact with the property manager was easy, and we even got to meet her in person.

This is a great property and it’s in a great location. Parking was available directly under the condo, it’s an easy walk to the beach and to all the surrounding attractions.

Overall a great stay!

Everything was great except a couple of things. The water in the condo is not the greatest, even at max temperature you’re taking a moderately warm bath or shower in yellowish water. The pool was also disappointing, it’s much smaller than it appears in photos and the water was hot and disgusting, lots of bugs and hair in the pool. There are also no lounge chairs. The location is great and convenient, the boardwalk is a quick walk down the beach. If you’re not a pool or bath person this is a great place for you!

The condo was okay. Needs some upgrades for sure, especially the flooring in the main living area. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not enough towels provided but luckily we brought our own. The noise from upstairs made the stay exhausting and it went on until well after midnight every night.

We had a great experience staying here. The condo was very roomy and was the perfect size for me, my husband, our daughter, and our two friends with their daughter! The walk to the beach is one of the shortest I've had even staying at single unit places. We also enjoyed the private parking under the condo. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice location and place. The only complaint i have is the floors. They were very dirty. Our feet were black and you could feel the grime on the floors. Other than that everything was wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

Good location

Nice property and location. Very close to the beach and walking distance to several places to eat. Property was very clean and had everything you need to have a great time at the beach. Two things to note: 1. The mattresses need to be replaced. Every time you moved they would make noise, Didn't make for a good nights sleep. 2. While the property was clean, there was an unopened condom pack under the bed. Other than those 2 items, again, great property and location.

AMAZING PLACE!

This was by far the best location we have ever stayed! I recommend this location to everyone! We had our wedding on the beach outside of the property the weekend we stayed! It could not have been more amazing! The property manager was so helpful and so nice! We look forward to keeping in contact with her to visit this location again!!!

Great location with quick beach access, solid vacation choice.

Parking at the condo was difficult to understand at first but eventually we found a building and figured out that you park anywhere a space is open. When we arrived at the condo the space was obviously clean, and looked great. You can tell that a great amount of detail was taken to making sure the condo is presentable. We were disappointed however when we found that certain parts of the apartments were a bit more worn down, which impacted our vacation minimally : such as the refrigerator having a leak, the washer and dryer was unavailable during our stay, the closet doors easily came off track, and the toilet paper mount was broken and was only on the wall as decoration in the master bath, etc. These problems were annoying as it happened, but didn’t necessarily impact our stay negatively as they were minor, and all the other Amenities surpassed my expectations. The kitchen was very well-equipped for all of our cooking needs, And had more than enough glassware and storage container, the linens provided with the rental were comfortable and stylish, and every other aspect of this place was spot on and completely surpassed my original expectations. We’ve gone on several beach vacations, and I have stayed in places that claim to be much nicer than what they appeared, and this place did not disappoint . You have to remind yourself that other people have stayed in these places before you, and there’s going to be some natural wear and tear. Despite any minor inconveniences we had an excellent vacation and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.
