« House is great for a family. Plenty of room. The coffee bar was a nice touch and very appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Good location in East Memphis. »

« The rental was amazing, spacious for what I was looking for, and overall very well furnished. The stay was for my niece's wedding where myself and my folks (grandparents to the bride 78 and 81) couldn't have been more happy with how nice and comfortable the rental was. Although there were many steps, my mother with 2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement felt the stairs were wide and how nice the railing was to help here climb the steps. I'd recommend this beautiful place in the country...

« The property was just as described. Everything was very clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but within a few hours of informing management, it was fixed and working fine. Our dogs loved the yard and everyone loved being able to pick their own room. We would definitely like to rent this house again. »

There was no one staying there for several days before we checked inWhich has never happened anywhere else we have stayed…hotels or other rentals We thought we left a pair of shoes but when I inquired they told me they would check with the cleaners and we still haven’t heard back from them »

« The house was very clean, with a lot room to spread out. The garage makes it convenient to come and go, and your vehicle is secure. We hope to stay there again. »

« I got an "instant" reservation on this property without hearing anything back from the host. The only "instant" thing about this booking was the timeframe in which they charged my credit card for the entire amount. I was never able to contact the host through either the Vrbo phone number or email. Customer service would not recognize any problem with this, just saying the host has until check-in time to provide access. « Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend. »
