### Privacy!!! Hobby farm in the woods

This place is wildlife at it s best!while you sit on the cover front porch of this property and watch the constant humming bird action and deer roam in ng the front yard, this property was an original hobby farm that we have had for over five years, three bedroom, two bath, covered front porch and a large back deck. The bedrooms do have queen beds, and two of them and one of them is a full bed all meeting in the center for the family gathering area and large island. Great for cooking, there is a two car garage on the property, the complex that this home is in does have a 50 acre lake also a 30 acre lake and I think five more smaller lakes they can all be fished ATVs and side-by-side‘s are welcome to ride in the complex Street rules do apply, this place has an abundance of privacy. There is a wood-burning fireplace for the winter time. Great place to just let the time melt away read books, Write, let your artist self shine, this home is located about 15 minutes from Fulton with a Walmart and many other stores. You are about 25 to 30 minutes from Hermann Missouri in the wineries, and about an hour from the lake of the Ozarks Great Central location very comfortable home
