However there was a wind storm and the power went out for most of Williams. We had to leave two nights early. Ruth was very understanding and communication was always prompt and pleasant. The place was warm and comfy. The living room had a nice big couch all of us could fit. Blackout curtains helped at night. Beds were all comfy. A few things that could be fixed was some of us are super sensitive to chemical smells. Whatever they use for cleaning is very strong and was affecting my breathing. And gave headaches to a few of us. The pillows were also very flat. No extra blankets for the cold days and mornings. But everything else was wonderful. ##### Jennifer W.
