Old Oak Cottage is a getaway haven on a fully recreational lake. The water is clean, clear, and perfect for swimming. You can also enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, ice fishing, ice skating, and snow mobiling.

A spacious 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home that sleeps ten people.

BEDROOMS
1) Master bedroom on 1st floor with king bed and attached half bath.
2) Upstairs bedroom with queen bed.
3) Upstairs bedroom with twin bed + twin trundle.
4) Upstairs den with a pullout futon.
5) 1st floor living room with a sofa pullout.

An expansive living room with a pullout couch allows extra guests to join you on vacation.

The gorgeous sunroom, two-tiered deck, and dock offer breathtaking views of the water and mountains.

The outside offers convenient and fun outdoor dining overlooking the lake.

When it’s time to play, you will find more than enough kayaks and paddle-boards, along with a canoe and row boat.

A brand new dock was installed in June 2023 that offers 150 square feet of space to fish, cannonball, or even dine.

After a full day on the lake, head to the outdoor-shower and get ready for evening when you will gather around the fire-pit. String-lights hanging overhead; tiki torches around the yard; and the clear night sky — all provide the perfect lakeside setting.

Guests will be greeted by a spotless house, custom guide to the area, restaurant coupons, and a bottle of wine.

The outside is treated all summer long to eliminate mosquitos, tics and other bugs so you can enjoy time with family by the fire-pit late into the night.

Driveway parking accommodates four cars MAX and there is absolutely no street parking.

TROLLING MOTOR - FOR RENT
Ask about renting our trolling motor so you can stroll the lake with ease. For a $100 flat fee, you will have access to the following: 55lb trolling motor, 12V 50AH battery, battery box, extension handle, boat anchor — everything you need for a comfortable 5 MPH cruise around Wyman Lake. The setup is easy. For beginners, we can text you a video of how to attach and work the motor.

**NO PARTIES**
If you’re looking to throw a big house party, not only is this against the rules, it’s not the right house for you. There is absolutely no additional parking available anywhere in this neighborhood which has very narrow streets. Overflow cars will be towed and the police will break up any parties. Book your party elsewhere please.

WYMAN LAKE:
A fully recreational 200 acre lake. Bring your boat, tie up to the dock, and enjoy everything from fishing to jet-skiing.

FISH SPECIES:
Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Chain Pickerel, Yellow Perch, Channel Catfish, Brown Bullhead, Bluegill.

NEARBY:
- Wachusett Mountain is 2 minutes away and provides year-round fun. Skiing in the winter; weekend festivals in the summer and fall; hiking trails year-round.

- Great Wolf Lodge Water Park is 8 minutes away. A state-of-the-art, indoor water park with eighteen locations across the country.

- Wachusett Brewing Company is 6 minutes away. Their Westminster Brew Yard is their original location. The Westminster Brew Yard is open seven days a week for you to enjoy great food and fresh, handcrafted beer. The unique bar was built in a custom Airstream trailer and features 24 Wachusett beers on draught along with Country Hard Seltzers, and Scratch Margaritas.

- Wachusett Mountain State Reservation is 7 minutes away. Enjoy 17 miles of hiking trails.

- Fitchburg Art Museum: 15 minutes away.
