« This is the second time we have stayed here as a base for attending the Festival of speed. The standard of accommodation is good, it is exceptionally well equipped and very clean. The stand out is the location next the quay and on a nature reserve. we love walking around the nature reserve and viewing the wild life from the balcony. The Festival is about a 35 minute drive and during the week we also visited Arundel Castle and the Isle of Wight. We will be coming back next year. »

The property was within easy reach of the town centre, which has much to offer. The property was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa was not comfortable if you have the slightest back issue (style over function), but we didn't spend that much time on it. We enjoyed the balcony, and peace and quiet of the location. We will be back! »
