"Everything about the hotel itself was great. It was very clean, felt new, and comfortable. My main complaint is about the automated check-in system as you came in the front door. I'm fairly technologically savvy, and I couldn't get it to work despite multiple attempts. At least based on my interaction, the system was inefficient and frustrating. Thank goodness there was a real human being at the desk who was able to check me in. I had a very early flight, so no one was at the desk when I left. I tried using the automated system again -- and it didn't even recognize my reservation. So much for technology! Lousy check-in / check-out system aside, the hotel itself was quite comfortable and a good value."

"It was clean, staff are helpful. Renovations are ongoing so the back entrance near where you park is closed. You have to come in through the front on East Genesee which isn’t in the best area."
