"This hotel is a great location! The staff are amazing- welcoming and helpful. As a result of staff team I would give this hotel a 5 but it needs a little more love and care! First of all my my Robert from the restaurant the epitome of servitude the “ambassador” for the hotel- what a gem and he loves his job. Like I can’t wait to see him again! He made me felt appreciated as a guest. Dave the supervisor at the front desk and my housekeeper Sonia- extraordinary representative of Palm Beach Gardens DoubleTree Hotel. I will be back thanks Robert again - from your Bahamas Friends."

"Room staff excellent. Property in need of attention!! Rooms in need of attention. Our welcome gift for a 9 day stay were two cookies in a plastic sleeve. Breakfast room attendants made the food pleasant. "
