"Loved our time here! Staff was super sweet and helpful. Room was very nice and the bed very cozy. Room felt a little small but the bathroom was larger than expected, and again all nice and clean. No complaints! Great place to stay when in the area! Love the mission to help those differently abled, as well!!"

"I enjoyed my stay at the BW Plus. It's super convenient (I walked home from downtown one night - not a short walk but very manageable). The property was clean, the staff was VERY friendly, the room was more than adequate (I had 2 queens and it had a desk/chair and side chair with 'breakfast tray.' The bathroom was just fine. The breakfast area is HUGE and has all you need to get started in the morning, plus they have ping pong and ample seating for groups. I have already booked stays for the fall."

"Upon pulling into the property, we were greeted by a woman walking around the front door weilding a hatchet, screaming about the lady up front owing her money she wanted back. She was kind enough to grant us entry to the establishment. Upon reaching the check-in counter we met the recipient of the would be hatchet wooping, and she proceded to just hand us a room key without so much as asking our names or for ID. Driving around to the opposite side of the hotel where our room was located we were greeted by what i assume are very nice people, who live at the hotel, and of course their loveley business partners. We attempted to go to our room, but when we arrived at the door, it was already open, and it appears someone had already been in there moments before us. The bed was made, but did not have any pillows, the tv was missing the power cord, the lamps were missing, there was some loveley grafitti on the mirrors, and the smell of mold and smoke filled the air. The AC unit was bareley hanging on and there was a black substance all in the bottom of the tub, sink and around the walls. We promptly returned to the car and contacted our travel advisor."

"Check-in was horrible. We waited almost 20 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We used the call system they had to alert them that we were there. We were exhausted from traveling and the person checking us in didn’t seem to have it together. Our room floor had not been swept or mopped. We actually asked for an extra sheet set and we changed them out, because we felt like they had just remade the bed. The hallways smelled of pot really bad also. We will not stay there again. "
