« I reserve and pay my room entirely before arriving. They double charge me in their system too. They never answer back to messages after that and had to open a claim on my CC… »

« I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early that’s crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone??? »

« Room had no towels, pet hair on all the furniture. Broken rack to hang clothes. Nets everywhere. Horrible smell. Front desk lady was never in the office. Curtains were stained…..oh and have pictures to prove. »

« Very nice room with walkout sliding doors. I loved the room. Everything was clean. The pool was little too cold. There was not much choice on food. The Barn was a buffet which is too much food for me and closed at seven. The only other option was pizza that they make there. Need other food choices nearby. Maybe some food trucks around. Overall I really liked our stay. Quiet and comfortable. Good brrakfast. »

« Très bon déjeuner. Facile d’accès et propre mais odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. C’était tellement humide que les draps étaient froids et semblaient mouillés. Les murs de la chambre étaient même collants. »
