"Size of home and floor plan good. Enjoyed our stay but was disappointed in the condition of the home. Needs lots of repairs inside and outside. Balusters missing outside, and inside ones were bent creating dangerous situations for our grandchildren. Needs paint and window replacements. Needs a deep clean of furniture. Kayaks need to be replaced and basketball court is not operational. With some (lots) attention this could be a great property. "

"The house has been beautifully remodeled and it was very modern and clean. The game room area was a big hit and the kitchen was very nice with all new appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Great experience."

"We had great communication from the host, including prompt telephone response when we had a minor issue (our fault, not the host's) during our stay. The home itself was clean and well-furnished and -equipped. The hot tub thermostat and/or heater appears to be reading much lower than the actual water temperature. The tub thermostat kept resetting itself to a higher temperature after we lowered it, so we were unable to use it at all our stay because of the excessive heat. The host has promised to look into this. As noted, this guest house is attached to a larger main house, and at a couple of points we found our car blocked into our side of the driveway by the cars of the main house's guests. That's obviously not the fault of the host, but did detract a bit from our overall experience. If the host can resolve the hot tub issue, we'd gladly stay here again."

"The house was great,& we all had a great time. The 4 girls all got a rash after the hot tub. I don't know if the chemicals are needing attention? We all did have a great time though. "
