Welcome to Stately Studio —a perfect place for solo travelers and couples. Enjoy an open-concept space with a kitchenette, dedicated workspace, full-sized washer and dryer, tv with streaming services, and wall-unit AC/heating. Free, ample street parking is available. Located in the quiet Hillcrest neighborhood with easy access to Capitol Hill and downtown. The unit is on the lower level of a home with a private entrance. A cozy stay awaits in one of DC’s most historic communities.

This is a two-unit home with this being a basement unit. The entrance is on the side of the property and you`re required to walk down 14 steps.

There is no access between units.

Guest have exclusive access to the entire studio unit/basement.

The open-concept layout offers a clean and welcoming space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sleeping area features a plush bed and a smart TV for winding down in the evenings. TV streaming services included are Hulu, Amazon, and YouTube TV. You’ll also have a dedicated workspace—ideal for working remotely or planning your DC itinerary.

A compact but well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, hot plate, toaster, coffee maker, and basic cookware and dishes—perfect for prepping light meals or enjoying a morning coffee before heading out to explore the city. Although we don`t have a dining table, we do provide tray tables to eat.

For longer visits or added convenience, you’ll also have access to your own full-sized washer and dryer, located right in the unit.

For your year-round comfort, the space features a wall-mounted air conditioning and heating unit, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference with ease.

One of the standout perks of this location is the ample, free street parking—a true bonus in Washington, DC. Whether you`re driving in or renting a car during your stay, you’ll always have a convenient place to park just outside the property.

This studio is located on the lower level of a private home in the residential neighborhood of Hillcrest, known for its tree-lined streets and strong community roots. Often referred to as DC’s “Silver Coast,” Hillcrest is a peaceful area with quick access to Capitol Hill, the Navy Yard, and downtown DC via car or rideshare.

Please note: There is a separate unit above this studio. You’ll have your own private entrance, and your space is entirely self-contained.
