« The place was great. Even as presented online! Very spacious. Very clean and updated furnishing. Lots of options for television entertainment. Kindness and helpfulness of the owner was much appreciated. Our only suggestion is to get a railing for the steps going to the lower level. »

« There was a mixup between you and the host. We were given 2 different lock codes, so we were outside for approximately 20-30 minutes trying to gain entry. Tell guests everything about the property, lightning, whether the stove is operational or not and that there is a washer, but no dryer. »

« Such a wonderful place to stay for a DC trip. It was so close to the metro, which made it easy getting to all the best tourist attractions that DC is known for. Such a relaxing area to come back to, after a long day out. If we ever come back we're definitely returning. Also was clean, quiet, and was home away from home for us. »

« My family had a great stay here! We came to see the sites in DC and it was wonderful to have a comfortable, clean place to stay after long days! The kitchen was awesome if you plan to cook! « This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front....

« We loved this neighborhood. We had close access to Union Station, Circulator bus and the H street bus. We are 4 retirees who enjoyed a week in DC. The only down side was there was no toaster, oven or cooktop; although we managed just fine. The host communicated regularly and quickly when we had questions. Minor repairs should be done but overall a 5 star stay! »

The house is cozy and comfortable, attractively decorated and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including off-street parking. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the heart of Old Town Alexandria and Washington, DC is a short ride away by metro or car and you can take a water taxi for a more scenic route. »

« The whole house was ours. We have autistic child. She qas ve4y happy, she enjoyed the backyard. We had kitchen to prepare food for our child who cannot outside food. We really enjoyed staying here. Checking in and out was so c9nvenient. The owner responded quickly »

« Great apartment. Very nicely set up and clean. Supplies of coffee and other disposables were great. Ice to have driveway parking. Would totally rent again. Only minor drawback was the sound from the upstairs people ( older house can’t totally control). »

« Great family vacation. We walked to dinner in the neighborhood and walked the dogs to the park, and walked to the metro to take in the sites, museums, and even a caps game. Close to the airport and a huge shopping center. We recommend the District Biscuit company...very yummy and close by. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and theres a great park nearby for dmall children to play. The house is very quiet with plenty of room for the whole family. »

« Séjour convenable. Hôtel conforme à la description. Peu d’isolation sonore par rapport à la rue. Pratique et abordable par rapport à d’autres hôtels. »

« Tout était parfait de l’arrivée au départ. Buffet déjeuner exquis! Nous avions même deux coupons par personnes pour les 5 à 7 quotidiens de l’hôtel. Seul bémol, la barmaid utilisait ses doigts pour prendre les olives pour les cocktails au bar …issshhhhh. Sinon je recommande fortement. »
