If I could give 0 stars I would, but the bed was comfortable and AC/Heater worked well so I’m giving one. We had a non working tv for the first 3 days, spotty WiFi, a very unstable shower floor (felt unstable) and baby roaches every day in our room. Nathan was helpful and accommodating with WiFi. Asked for a partial refund and was told I should’ve alerted them and switched rooms because they had nicer ones available?! So no refund. think if you have roaches in one room it’s pretty certain they’re in others. This is apparently the only option in Washington GA, not true. The hotel needs to be updated. Lamps and fixtures show rust. The bathroom fixtures are old and outdated (hard to operate). Rooms just need to be updated. We were given a smoking room and told that it was the only accommodation available. The chair in the room should have been removed long ago and the carpet needed cleaning. The door to the bathroom vanity needed repair. It literally fell in the floor.
