You’ll love my place because of easy it's access to buses and the subway. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It sleeps two comfortably with a queen size bed and twin futon sofa bed. The tree lined neighborhood is quiet. The guesthouse had everything we needed for our stay -- A/C, comfy bed, full kitchen, fresh linens, clean shower. We always managed to find street parking immediately outside the property, and the drive to the nearest grocery store was only 5-10 min, which was convenient. It took me longer to get to the metro station (half hour) than suggested as I have multiple joint replacements and need a fourth soon. However, I was grateful to have that option, even though it was far for me. I just needed the basics (shower, kitchen, bed) - that was provided and more. I don't think the futon would be nice to sleep on. The air conditioner is a window unit that did okay but it did not get that hot while I was there, so some people might find it too hot and stuffy. However it is an ideal place for someone that needs an affordable place to stay for a few days. it is well maintained, clean, quiet, and easy to access. It is about a 20 minute walk from the Metro and the residents in the neighborhood are all very friendly. The location also allows for walking to many local eateries. If your not in the mood to walk Uber and Uber Eats are both available. The apartment is nice and spacious. There is a lot of information in the apartment to help you find what you are looking for. Get familiar with the Metro system, it will take you anywhere you want to go. The Metro system has stops near many attractions. If visiting the Monuments and Museums, I would recommend doing a Bus Tour first, that way you will get a good idea of the layout of that area. Received great advice from Teri to check out the Wharf. You may even be able to grab lunch in Hells Kitchen and visit the International Spy Museum which was only a few blocks away. Went to a local Farmers Market (totally cool) but needed a large pot to make the pasta, might be a good idea to have a larger pot to cook with. Would definitely stay here again. ##### TOBIN L.
