Thanksgiving is around the corner, thanksgiving event with extra guests can happen upon approval. Message us prior to booking for approval, and enjoy the holidays with friends and family! Combine 2 tables to sit more guest for thanksgiving

Hot Tub have been discontinued entirely

What do you get someone that has everything? The home that everything! 8500 sq foot mansion, 2 minutes from DC, Circular driveway w/ parking for up to 11 cars on 3/4 acres in the prestigious Arlington Ridge neighborhood.

Disclosure: The home has 3 kitchens some kitchen tiles are loose and cracked In the main kitchen we are in the process of scheduling for replacement. It’s still walkable.

The Mansion is less than 1 mile away from the Pentagon city mall with Macys, Nordstrom, lots of restaurants. Access to the high way in 1 minute to pop in Northwest DC.

All production shoots need to ask for permission prior to booking and pay extra fees for production shoots

Excellent stay
Our stay, here was everything we had hoped for. We were in the area to attend the funeral of our father and grandfather at Arlington National Cemetery. The house was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, and certainly made our family stay warm and welcoming. The house was very neat and clean, with all promised amenities. It could not be any more of a perfect gathering place for the family

We needed a large house conveniently located to Arlington cemetery, airports, and union station. This was the perfect location! It’s better than the pictures. Just lovely, spacious, and fully loaded with everything we needed. 5 stars!

Great Location and home!
This home exceeded our expectations ! There was more than enough room for the 10 people in our group. Everyone had a comfortable and clean bed to sleep on and more than enough privacy for when we needed to turn in for the evening. The home is under 10 minutes away from DCA which made airport drop offs very convenient and easy to do. The home was also well stocked with enough pots and pans to have a couple of simple home cooked meals with our group. If youre planning to have a large group get together, Id highly recommend this house over a collection of rooms at any of the surrounding hotels, as it gave us ample space to hang out together without the need to go find somewhere else to gather. Everyone enjoyed their stay thoroughly and if we needed a large home to syau in we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Arlington National Cemetery
Our family of 16 stayed here for my mom’s burial at Arlington National Cemetery. We chose this property for its location to the cemetery It is less than 10 minutes away. The rooms and house are as advertised. It was set up beautifully to host the family. The basement and the game room were a hit with the younger adults in the group. We had a few minor issues during our stay that Franck took care of immediately. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Family Gathered For Arlington Ceremony
We needed space close to Arlington for the burial of two family members. The home accommodated us well. Franck also took extra care to make sure we had some furniture that was needed for the little ones. If ever we need this number of beds again, we would book this house. It is close to all the places you'd want to see in DC.

Perfect Stay
Everything about this rental was perfect. From the communication before renting to the check out. The host was absolutely lovely, responsive and quick to address any concerns we had. What concerns you ask? We had a few lights out and dead batteries. Certainly nothing that required immediate attention. He asked if he could stop by while we were gone to replace. The house was lovely well appointed and just a joy to stay in. The neighborhood was perfect, we were able to walk to Target everything was convenient. Downtown DC was 8 minutes away away. Make a right hand turn out of the property and go down to 23rd there was a perfect community down there perfect little neighborhood great bars, very family friendly spaces. And 24 hour kabobs! Perfect can I give this a 10 star.

Amazing spacious dream house!
Our family loved staying here to enjoy a few days while we showed our out-of-town guests the sites of Washington D.C.! This house was so clean and well stocked with supplies and two strollers and the game room was a huge hit with the teenagers! We had more bedrooms than we can use and laundry machines on every floor and three kitchens! It was wonderful! And our host Frank was super nice and helpful - we would definitely stay here again!
