« Phyllis was a great host and very accommodating. Everything was so clean and she had goodies waiting for us when we arrived! Phyllis provided everything so we didn’t even need anything. We loved hanging out on the back patio, so nice just to sit and relax! Plenty of room to park our boat which was an added bonus! We will definitely be back to stay again! »

« Our family enjoyed our visit to the Pamlico River while attending ECU graduation activities. There was plenty of room for 9 adults to spread out. The house was incredibly clean too. If any questions come up the owner was quick to respond and hospitable. I would absolutely recommend considering friends and family to stay at this beautiful house on the water. »

« We enjoyed this cottage so much! It was clean, had just the right amount of space, and had a huge backyard for our dog to play in. The owner was also very helpful and answered any questions we had. If you ever need a place to stay in Washington, or are going to an ECU game and don’t mind the short drive, this is the place to stay!! »

« I found the property after three hours and it was not in rentable condition. This is a property that has not been at the location listed in a few years according to locals whom i talked with. I talked to personnel from three different marinas, and none allow this type of rental. Renter beware of ANY such type listing! I am shocked VRBO allowed this listing as one of the reviews for it said it was a scam. Even though i read this there were other positive reviews so i discounted the Scam review as...
