This brand-new, stylish studio is set in one of Wānaka’s newest and most up-and-coming neighbourhoods. Thoughtfully designed, it features a comfortable queen bed, a comfortable sofa, and a dining area for two. The rotating Smart TV lets you enjoy your favourite shows from either the bed or sofa. With a well-equipped kitchenette and modern bathroom, everything you need for a relaxing stay is right here. Soft tones and contemporary finishes create a calming atmosphere, while the surrounding views add to the sense of serenity. Just a short drive from Wānaka township, you’ll be close to the lake, cafés, the famous Wānaka Tree, and a variety of scenic walking trails. The special touch.. While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly. We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay. Guests have full access to the studio, which is connected to the main house but completely self-contained with its own private entrance. I respect the privacy of my guests but remain readily available to address any enquiries. Occasionally, I may stop by simply to ensure that everyone is enjoying their stay. OUR STRICT RULES: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us. Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved. Checkout is at 10:00 am: We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability. No smoking inside the property: Smoking—including the use of any recreational drugs—is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Leave the property in a reasonable state: We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs. Board games: We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this. BBQ cleaning: The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented the space was. It strikes the perfect balance between modern luxury and a warm, inviting atmosphere — every detail feels intentional. The studio itself is spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was amazing, the finishes were high-end, and everything we needed was right there. It felt private and peaceful, yet still close enough to everything Wānaka has to offer. What really made this stay special, though, was how it made us feel. There’s something about waking up in such a calm, beautifully curated space that gives you a sense of clarity and confidence.
