"The place was clean and everyone was really nice. It would have been better if Hotel.com had forwarded my request for a downstairs room. I have bad knees and hips and it hurts to go up and stairs."

10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were very nice. Family studio had a sink, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The balcony overlooked the mountains. We loved the room and the staff was very helpful. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the waterpark. It's pretty small, probably for a younger child <8. The lazy river was very shallow and the obstacle course only for children under a certain height. The stay was fantastic though if you were not there just for the waterpark. Unfortunately, we were there for just that and our daughter was a little too tall (age 11) to enjoy everything. She was bored within an hour and that was the reason we chose this stay."
