"The best amenities I can say about this hotel is the bed. I agree with the others and I have to say the bed is comfortable. The pillows were mixed some were firm and some were soft. The channels were also pretty decent. The downsize was it did look outdated and it also had the tub clogged when you shower and drain system went down slow. We also saw a cockroach in our last night and that’s why I gave it a 3 star overall. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. Also the remote control did not work for the bigger tv. This hotel needs major renovations in order to have customers want to come back. If you stay for one night maybe two it works as it’s 6-7 minute drive from the airport. But would consider elsewhere. "

"The shuttle was good, although it took longer than we were told it would. The room was clean and fresh. We hadn't eaten all day and this hotel showed that it had a restaurant, but when we got there, we found that the restaurant was closed, and the bar was closed. They had cans of beer and alcohol in a cooler, but they were $6 each, so we walked to the nearest restaurant, which was Hooters. We also booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. The attendant walked with us to the pool, but we were very disappointed to find that the pool was very cold (unusable) and small and there was no hot tub. The attendant said he was sorry, but that it cost too much to keep it warm enough to use. We were also surprised to find that breakfast was $12.95, so when I asked about that and he knew that we were upset, he did comp us breakfast. Only one of us got breakfast and we found that everything was lukewarm except for the waffle. It was a very subpar breakfast (not as good as the buffet breakfasts that are included at most of the hotels we have visited). I was very happy that we had not had to pay for it. Other than a decent, clean room, we were very disappointed. "
