You’ll love the incredible indoor-outdoor flow starting off in the bright, open-plan living space that leads out to the beautiful patio and lawn, a great spot to raise a glass to being on holiday. The kids and your pet will love the large lawn, not to mention being steps from the sand! A compact yet functional kitchen is on hand to prepare scrumptious holiday meals, and three bedrooms offer a comfortable place for everyone to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves lapping at the shore. If you’re wanting to explore some scenic spots, a 17-minute drive will find you at Maraetotara Falls, or take a hike in the Mohi Bush Scenic Reserve, an 18-minute drive away. While the property welcomes pets, it isn't fully fenced so pet owners need to keep an eye on their pets at all times, and pets are also not permitted on the furniture.As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please be aware that there is another dwelling on site that may be occupied during your stay.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
