This home has been thoughtfully upgraded, featuring fresh paint, new bedding, stylish new kitchen flooring, beautifully painted cabinetry topped with quartz countertops, and two completely remodeled bathrooms with new vanities, tubs, and showers.  
  
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level, plus a fifth bedroom, a half-bath, and a laundry room with outside access on the lower level, this home is ideal for one or two families. Enjoy the well-appointed kitchen, cozy seating areas, a screened porch, and a rooftop deck with seating where you can catch both sunrises and sunsets.  
  
Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). #### Fun with Family

Loved the house! Just right for our long weekend. The kitchen was well appointed. Many utensils, baking dishes, and bowls to utilize. That was appreciated by us as we cooked in each night. At first glance the house appeared clean, but we quickly realized this was only surface level. Dust balls under the beds, little dead black bugs behind the curtains on the windowsill in at least one of the bedrooms, and the lazy susan was stuck to the table with something sticky.

The place was amazing. Very clean, more than enough space to accommodate everyone. Amazing water pressure. Neat telescope for star gazing. Only down side was the beach shower (the one outside) wasn't working. So we had to work a little harder on not tracking sand every where but overall an amazing peaceful weekend stay
