Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this 1,800-square-foot condo offers all the comforts of home and has been recently refreshed with a light and airy feel. The decor exudes a fun and relaxing vibe that will make anyone smile! The primary bedroom features double sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, providing a lovely space to unwind. The spacious kitchen boasts ample counter space and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for that perfect morning cup. The family room is comfortably furnished with a large sectional sofa and offers French door access to the expansive balcony—ideal for an afternoon siesta. A large laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located off the main hallway. Step outside to the courtyard, where you’ll find a step-in entry pool for relaxation and plenty of seating for lounging or snacking. There’s even a grill for those enjoyable outdoor meals. The Sandbridge Dunes Condominiums are conveniently located on Sandbridge Island's oceanfront, within walking distance of local markets and restaurants. Rent bikes, surfboards, or kayaks nearby at Ocean Rentals to discover all that Sandbridge has to offer. Come stay and enjoy some fun in the sun at A Beach Delight! Things to Know Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided. The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Do not move furniture between rooms. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-00630 You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This building is also in a good location,close to a general store and getting in/out of sandbridge. Parking was good, with plenty of spots during our stay. Keyless entry was easy. The location couldn't be better with easy access to the beach and the Sandbridge Market across the street. It was very spacious with updated amenities and very nice furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with everything the spaced would need and there was even starter items like dishwasher soap, trash bags, and hand soap. The bathrooms have great water pressure with hot water readily available. We have stayed at Sandbridge Dunes multiple times, and this was by far the best condo so far! ##### Barcley S. It’s directly across from the beach and Sandbridge Market, which has amazing donuts (if you can get them before they sell out)! Sandbridge Island restaurant is next to the market & was perfect for our first night after a very long drive in to town. The pool & complex are well maintained. I felt secure knowing the complex is gated with codes. Our unit was roomy & well equipped. The washer & dryer were great. The a/c & ceiling fans were much needed & worked well! Unfortunately it was not clean. We were able to text the management company & they helped. Overall we would recommend this unit for your stay in Sandbridge. ##### Stefanie L. Sep 13, 2021 #### Delightful Stay We had a great experience in 116D - A Beach Delight. The unit was more spacious than I expected based on the photos and most importantly it was clean and well kept. Another bonus - the large sectional sofa seemed new as did the washer/dryer which was nice. On our first night we noticed an issue with the lock on the patio door and maintenance responded and came to the unit immediately to address it. Overall great experience and we would definitely consider returning to the unit in the future! Aug 9, 2021 #### It was a Delight We thought the location was great and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint was the cleaning company real needs to make sure the furniture needs to be wiped down and cleaned. Because of Covid we came in and wiped down anyway but was surprised the tops of furniture and counters were not cleaned better. The Vent in the dining area should also be vacuumed. In all the stay was great and would stay there again. Rugs in the condo were new and furniture is in great shape.
