"The employees made the experience worth it they were very good and polite! But they do need to improve some of the maintenance for example the water from the faucet was leaking and it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Even the lamp didn’t work causing the room to be dim."

The staff was amazing and made our stay even more special. Francisco was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He really went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. We loved how quiet and serene the property is, yet still close enough to enjoy everything Villa de Leyva has to offer. Waking up to nature, enjoying the delicious breakfast they offer, and simply slowing down for a few days was exactly what we needed. This place is truly a gem, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful escape. "
